Small take-out friendly cafe. Offers coffee and drinks and some vegan baked goods including the apple crumble cake which was delicious. They have an item they list as vegan but contains honey which is labeled but the worker was able to tell me what it as vegan and was helpful.

First off, they're open at 6:30 am, like a coffee shop should be. Some of the treats are sugar free, the coffee is delish, happy atmosphere, and they're steps from home. Grazie!
Always, always, always a great cup of coffee. They use the North Mountain brew of coffee. I get a dark roast, but usually it’s the ginger latte that is my go to. Pair it with a cinnamon bun and you have the perfect start to the day. The owner and his staff are the best - always friendly, great service. Best coffee place in Halifax hands down.
